Randomly selected global jurors will adjudicate cases using tokens as collateral, ensuring fairness, efficiency, and transparency. Constitutional Framework & Upgrade Pathway: The community will collaboratively establish an on-chain "constitution" outlining core values and fundamental principles. Any major upgrade proposal that could alter the constitutional spirit requires approval through higher voting thresholds and participation rates.
