Governance Scope

The community can propose and vote on the following key matters:

Financial Management: Usage of the Ecosystem Fund (including investments, partner sponsorships, mergers and acquisitions). Parameter Adjustments: Modification of critical economic parameters such as global dividend pool ratios, mining yield rates, and membership tier thresholds.

Technical Upgrades: Decision-making regarding support for new public chains, integration of payment methods, and smart contract upgrades. Compliance & Authorization: Voting decisions on adding new categories, approving major merchants (ensuring quality standards), and resolving disputes. Ecosystem Grants: Funding for developer proposals and community initiatives that promote ecosystem growth.
